The Customer Service experience that I had to endure up till now leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Bought a Brand New Skyworth TV, which started to give issues in less than a month. This company is task with the warranty claim but I do not get any feedback and the Technical Manager, Vincent is as arrogant as can get. Stay away from Skyworth & Sinotec products because these bunch will be task with your warranty claims.

If you want to waste your, time, resources, energy and evertything in between, try this guys. They dont disappoint in disappointing, unmatched poor services. In fact poor service would have been better but they are not only rude, entitled and full of themselves, they just D.O.N'T C.A.R.E. If you do go through and unlucky enough for someone to pick up, they definitely make you regret it. The agents are so unbothered, speak in a way that you dont hear them, you can ask their name and they wont tell you. Then they drop the call while you answering their question.

My Skyworth 65" QLED tv went dead on 8 Mar 25. Still under warranty and their tech guys came around 12 Mar 25, to establish fault, which they said tv needs new main board. I waited till 3 Apr 25 for "new" main board and it did not fix the problem. They then uplufted the tv to their workshop, saying it will not take longer than 7 days. Well, today is 24 Apr 25 and I still don't have my tv back. Apparently they waiting for part/s from CN Tronics, so both these companies are contracted to fix tv's. Looking at reviews from CN Tronics, they seem to be much worse. So, in 2 days, it will be 7 weeks I don't have a tv, and it seems its going to be until Xmas. *** are these people doing?? I'm reallyyy fed up. I advise anyone buying a new tv, to make sure these 2 companies are not contracted to fix under your tv brand's warranty..they both are beyond useless..period...no joy at all. And trying to call CN Tronics is just as fruitless. I was told to speak to Patric, but calls get cut before even getting though to him. But, my tv is held at TG Vision. So both these companies are contracted somehow. Mbulelo at TG Vision is trying to get results and status from CN Tronics, but seems to not get anywhere.

Bunch of useless disrespectful and unprofessional individuals. they will just hang up on you and even answering their lines without introducing themselves. They hide their identity so that when you launch a complain you don't even know who you spoke to. Their telephone lines are very bad and all of them they sound like they are receiving calls right on the Bed. The management needs to do something before their entity and reputation is ruined.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Their services are just utter nonsense. They are very ***********. They came to collect my broken skyworth tv two weeks back, then they stopped communicating and I had to call them for updates… after calling them they said that my TV is unrepairable so they will give me credit… for the past 3 days I’ve been calling them to give me the CNB still no luck. Whatever you do stay away from skyworth products and CN Tronics service center. They are so useless. Don’t buy such ****. They will run you around as if you didn’t use money to buy those products.

I bought Sinitec TV in 2023 July TV only last 1 year and 6 months it's started showing blank screen, I returned it to makro query was referred to CN Tronics support center. Technician who came was very rude and told me that the office will contact me to explain to me he is not fixing the TV, since the first week of March i am still waiting for the call , i went to Makro to follow up , i made phone calls no answer, i sent an emails for follow up still no response AZ3250303011 , urgent follow up emails sent by Makro returns still there was no response i am frustrated as I don't even know if the TV will be fixed

Cntronics supply spare parts for Television. The email address supp**** by cntronics (parts03#cntronics) doesnt get a reply mail i senr them on the 09 October 2024. The phone number on their website won't get you through to them, never. Constantly says user busy try again. And if you want to use the contact facility on their website, one has to submit their landline number. Come on, how many people still have landlines? I dread everytime I have a Sinotec Television to repair knowing the hassle one has to go through to get just even a price on an item from them.

The phone number on their website won't get you through to them, never. Constantly says user busy try again. And if you want to use the contact facility on their website, one has to submit their landline number. Come on, how many people still have landlines?
