Non-Responsive and Bad Customer Experience
The Customer Service experience that I had to endure up till now from CN tronics leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Bought a Brand New Skyworth TV, which started to give issues in less than a month. This company is task with the warranty claim but I do not get any feedback and the Technical Manager, Vincent is as arrogant as can get. Stay away from Skyworth products because the warranty claims process is awful.0 replies

Contract cancellation
All I want is to cancel my contract, but whenever I contact 136 and request that my contract be cancelled they drop the line or give me some excuse. Even went to MTN store and they were unable to assist, instead offered me upgrade deals. After being with you for over 10 years, this is the treatment I get. Never again. Easy to signup but very difficult to get out.0 replies

Very Happy South African
I am amazed by the manner in which I was assisted. Everything was done quick and easy, and I immediately felt at home. I intend to house all my insurance related business under their roof. Thank you for being our light in these financial challenging times.1 reply
