My Skyworth 65" QLED tv went dead on 8 Mar 25. Still under warranty and their tech guys came around 12 Mar 25, to establish fault, which they said tv needs new main board. I waited till 3 Apr 25 for "new" main board and it did not fix the problem. They then uplufted the tv to their workshop, saying it will not take longer than 7 days. Well, today is 24 Apr 25 and I still don't have my tv back. Apparently they waiting for part/s from CN Tronics, so both these companies are contracted to fix tv's. Looking at reviews from CN Tronics, they seem to be much worse. So, in 2 days, it will be 7 weeks I don't have a tv, and it seems its going to be until Xmas. *** are these people doing?? I'm reallyyy fed up. I advise anyone buying a new tv, to make sure these 2 companies are not contracted to fix under your tv brand's warranty..they both are beyond useless..period...no joy at all. And trying to call CN Tronics is just as fruitless. I was told to speak to Patric, but calls get cut before even getting though to him. But, my tv is held at TG Vision. So both these companies are contracted somehow. Mbulelo at TG Vision is trying to get results and status from CN Tronics, but seems to not get anywhere.
