I received a voucher in 2024 from a family member. The staff member at Whalecoast Mall in Herm**** did not stamped the voucher. When I want to use it now in 2025 they are full of excuses. So people stay away from CNA in Whalecoast Herm****. They do not do there work now I must sit with a voucher of no use. Be careful please.

I get a voucher for R2oo from my cousin in 2024. The store at whalecoast mall in herm**** did not stamp it. We went back in 2025 but they first told me the office are closed. The second time they said they did not have vouchers in January 2025. I think I will let it go but please people stay away from CNA in whalecoast herm****.

Good morning, We have been buying the Jaguar car parts from part 1 - part 97. This cost us approximately R15000. I was promised by the store that they would locate me the last 3 parts: 98,99 and 100. However, they closed down and now I don't know where to find someone who can assist me. It seems that the whole of CNA just disappeared. For months on end, I went to the store and I was just told that they are still waiting for the parts. I do not believe that it is just okay as a loyal customer who always supported the store and has built a rare collectible car, to now sit with it almost done and not having to finish it. Spent all that money and now nothing that I can do? Very poor service and communication.

I've been working for cna for 4 years ,they closed all the stores and ran away with our money we can't even claim uif nor old mutual superfund investment because of the outstanding amounts.Muhamed Dhorat is not even replying to the emails

I worked for this company almost 14 years and now they closed all CNA stores without paying us any cent ,and they have been deducting the provident fund from our salaries towards old mutual superfund,and we went to old mutual for our money they said the company is owing them 4 months contributions ,old mutual is refusing to release our money,and we can't claim UIF cz all their documents are **** ,plz assist.

If only there was a rating lower than 1. I have ordered stationary from CNA online on the 21/12/2022 and the collection date was on the 03/01/2023. To my surprise my order got "lost" and I was not even notified about it, if I had not enquired I would've waited for stationary that was never going to arrive. Fine and well the order was cancelled and I was meant to be reimbursed after seven days. It is now the 25/01/2023 and I am yet to receive my money. I have never experienced such horrible service. I want my money and by the looks of things I might not get it as the acting CEO SKYPE is constantly following up with no feedback. Word of advice "DO NOT ORDER FROM CNA ONLINE"
