At this moment I bought a family meal kiddy meal and jalapeños chips. The service sucks. A customer complain about ice. It is the second time I experience this problem in Strand with them. People stay away the service is bad.
I received a voucher in 2024 from a family member. The staff member at Whalecoast Mall in Herm**** did not stamped the voucher. When I want to use it now in 2025 they are full of excuses. So people stay away from CNA in Whalecoast Herm****. They do not do there work now I must sit with a voucher of no use. Be careful please.
I get a voucher for R2oo from my cousin in 2024. The store at whalecoast mall in herm**** did not stamp it. We went back in 2025 but they first told me the office are closed. The second time they said they did not have vouchers in January 2025. I think I will let it go but please people stay away from CNA in whalecoast herm****.

Today I went to verimark at whalecoast Herm****. I will not easy or never go to buy something from any verimark store. They advertise a mop for minus 50% with a picture. When I get there twice they say it is not that mop but other items. While the picture of the mop is with the discount. The 2 assistants want to explain it is for something else. As a customer I want to pay for what I see. So please people be alert for things you see and want to pay for and it differs when getting at the place for what happened to me at verimark.
For years I am with the Ford brand. Now as a client I experience problems with their branches nobody comes back to you. What does it say of the Ford vehicle company. The only place where you get good service is at Ford Dieprivier. The branch in Herm**** and Kelfords in Somerset west can close. They do not walk the mile with customers.
Service of the Ford agency in Herm**** is bad. They broke my son in laws company vehicle and lie about it.
A lady Afika Jona contact me about the above company. Her professional way of doing things was excellent. The service of beame itself sucks but Afika let them score high points. They must value that lady.
