CNBM doesn’t honour product warranty.

CNBM supp**** a 5kVA battery that ceased to work within 12 months after installation.

We returned the battery to the supplier in Midrand who said they were waiting for a component to be shipped from Cape Town. Then after waiting for more than a month they leave a message on their portal claiming the battery was water damaged, irreparable and that we need to collect. No pictures, no proof or other explanation given.

The battery had been installed 15m away from the nearest water pipe and higher than the geyser that was separated by two brick walls and a door. Water damage was neither evident when taking out the battery nor possible unless it was subsequently damaged or used as a convenient excuse not to honour the warranty.
