Non-existing service

Can't even describe the service as bad. Its non-existent. They "try" to assist you then ask you to wait 30-min and then they go silent using the excuse of in a meeting which is acceptable if its not the same occurrence every time. I honestly don't know what to do anymore to get service out of these people. If anybody else is experiencing this issue please let me know what method you use to just get basic communication out of these guys.

It doesn't help calling any alternative numbers as even their landline doesn't even get answered.
