I bought a bag, after 2nd/3rd use it started to peel. I informed Ariana store in Fourways and they told me they are submitting a claim for me which was later rejected because damages are wear and tear. I told them that the bag continue to peel which is unsual for such a brand bag. After a number of calls, they offered to paint the buckle that is peeling which means it will peel again. They also offered me 20% off on next bag which means they want me to spend my money again on a product that can only be used a few times before it starts to look old and ****. I can't wear the bag anymore cause of this peeling and looking like a some **** bag. Staff and Regional manager is not interested in escalating my matter. These bags are not cheap to be getting damaged so quickly unless they are selling **** goods. Telling me they are sorry or they understand does not help my situation, I bought a bag at high price so it could last me for years not a couple of uses, sorry is not enough and I can't accept a bag with half peeled / damaged buckle.
