Superb customer service!
Vernon Lesch is the best employee at Coastal Hire Pretoria East branch! He's efficient, proffessional and knowledgeable re: every machine that the company hires out. He really made building our house a less stressful process because of his willingness to go that extra mile by making sure that the machine we required at any particular building stage is delivered to us even on a short notice. Thank you Vernon your dedication to your customers is appreciated by my husband&I.

Costal hire bad
Very disappointed we hired a generator for the next morning because our electric power is gonna be off for 8 hours in Malmesbury, past 10 we go there the guy there told me i can put it my car otherwise im gonna wait longer one of there drivers did not pitch, first of all i did pay R530 mean generator for the day and delivered, second thy not the decency to call and let you know, very poor service

Costal hire bad

CALLED THER JOHANNESBURG BRANCH WHAT A WASTE OF TIME TO HIRE FROM THESE GUYS. REQUESTED TO HIRE A SMALL ITEM AND ASKED ABOUT FORMALITY REQUIREMENTS WITH A WHATSAPP AGENT 0721104236 . THEY REQUIREMENTS ARE ID DOCUMENTATION WHICH IS REASONABLE FOR ANY COMPANY AND YOUR PROOF OF ADDRESS WOULD HAVE TO BE STRICTLY A WATER BILL OR LIGHTS ACCOUNT . SO I EXPLAINED THE AGENT I HAVE A WOOLIES ACCOUNT NOT EVERBODY HAS A MUNICIPAL BILL ON THERE NAME . THE AGENT WITH NO INTEREST AT ALL DONT CARE ATTITUDE SAYS SORRY WE CONNOT ASSIST YOU. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS REQUIREMENT . YEAH SURE ITS RISKY BUSINESS UNDERTOOD BUT THERE ARE OTHER HIRING COMPANIES THAT DONT MAKE YOUR LIFE AS DIFFICULT AND STILL TAKE PRECAUTIONS. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAS MUNICIPAL BILLS ON THERE NAMES NOT EVERYONE.

Coastal Hire Silverton. Charge for goods that's not damaged
Coastal Hire Silverton. We hired a floor sander. Everything was in a excellent condition, as we received it. When returning it they said the cable is off. How could it be off if it was working all the time and still in a, working condition when we returned it. R300 deduction from your deposit how pathetic.
