Placed order on the 25th of August 2025 , received an email on the 8th of September 2025 that my order has been shipped till today I haven't received my order . Sent countless emails without response . Only to find that the page is no longer available . Please don't not order from them worst service provider ever . Unreliable and dismisses clients.

The service is bad, i ordered 3 items which cost almost R1000 on 1 September, and till this day i still haven't received my order, and there is no communication, no tracking system, nothing. Their page is temporarily closed, and their telephone line is on voicemail.. How do you take someone's hard-earned money and not deliver??!! COBLAQ is a big ****.!!!!!!!

Bad very bad a **** of note, ordered in February 2025 a necklace, earrings and a customised bracelet. After paying they went quite on me I communicated with them on tik Tok inbox they kept lying that order was out. Decided to inbox them on instagram continued to make promises. I kept pushing until they sent an incomplete order Even today I never got the bracelet They then blocked me. **** of a business

I've ordered the Vera necklace and studs from Coblaq. They claim they deliver within 3-7 days but that not the case. Frustrating thing there's no way to track your order. They don't answer DM's. My order no#3586. I'm not willing to wait nolonger than the claimed delivery wait.😡
