Taking advantage of unemployment

Cochrane steel employs young individuals to work hours from 7AM till 6 PM. They overload the staff making it impossible for them to complete their daily duties. Mr. Cochrane also enjoys calling people useless or that he does not need anyone to work for him. He constantly threatens employees with their monthly salaries. It has even been reported that some individuals got paid less at the end of the month than in their contract simply because Mr. L Cochrane did not appreciate their negative attitude in his business. I suggest if you are looking for an employment opportunity to stay far away from this company. They tend to pay high salaries but at the end you or those around you will constantly be negative due to a poor management infrastructure and worry if you will get your full salary at the end of the month.
