Pathetic Service sorry No Service at all.
I wonder if there are other people who get such pathetic service at Cochrane International Johannesburg. Order 4 x Clear View Panels. Pay and arrange for pick up. Wait 4.5 hours for delivery document before to load. To my regret, I buy 6 again and this time I decide to drove off after 3.5 hours without material. No Cochrane worker is interested in helping. 3.5 hours to make out a delivery Document. Fortunately there are still firms selling Clearview and I will support them. But Coghranes at 125 Fitter Road, Spartan. Isando come and see at my house how I advertise you Clear View. Will also give feed back on Facebook. Lucky we are station in the Free State 300 kilos from this place and we are in the Civil Construction must must buy ClearView from time to time.

Bad attitude
I Mrs Nomfundo Sithole Ndaba laid a complaint about one of your cochrane steel products who bumped on to my Avis courtesy car and took over on all the costs of R 5 885,43 alone and i communicated with their manager Steven Loggenberg and sent everything but he ddnt even bother coming back to me to ask the details of what happened so that he can re imburse me kindlt assist my Number is 073 443 7527

Cochrane Steel - Invisible wall - Invisible service.
Amazing that a large business like this can survive given the level of service you get. Ordered and paid for Clearvu panels weeks ago. IF you can get hold of anybody they make promises they do not keep. Multiple emails and calls from my side and I am still waiting on delivery. Sales people JP, Nico etc do simply not return emails,messages, calls. Promises are made on delivery dates, no delivery , no communications. Excellent example of a company who had a monopoly on a product (Clearvu Invisible Wall) but now they do not realise that there are options for clients and they need to be at least a little professional to keep their business. There are plenty of competitors out there I suggest you rather use them. I have bought 100's of thousands of R of Clearvu over the past few years, this is my last order.

Cochrane is a laughable debauchery!
If you're going to work for cochrane steel in johannesburg in ANY position, just make sure you slit your wrists first in order to ensure a very slow and painful death as this option is 1000 times better than the job you will be doing for the next couple months (yeah you'll absolutely hate it and feel worthless as a human being). The cochrane family are dispicable. Why would they need bodyguards if they were good people at all? Lux Cochrane is such a tyrant and treats everyone around him like dirt. Dont expect any benefits, a good salary or to work normal hours, its basically slavery because you get treated like ****. I hope cochrane steel burns and the cohranes with it. If i didnt know any better id say theyve been possessed by Satan and opperate by his rule. True evil has never had a such a prominent face. Who knows what corruption lies behind the doors of this company since theyre in such major ties with SAPS!!!

Clearvu- quoted me R20000 for 1800(h) Anthracite Grey 4 x Tapered Posts 2 x Panels 18m x Flat Wrap 1 x S/L Pedestrian Gate - 900x1600(h)
i had someone came out from clearvu to come out and do me a quote- for a very smnall project- they almost quoted me R20000- for the following measurements: 1800(h) Anthracite Grey 4 x Tapered Posts 2 x Panels 18m x Flat Wrap 1 x S/L Pedestrian Gate - 900x1600(h) R20000-- is this realistic-- ??? I would like to get any other client of Clearvu to tell me if this was inflated - or realistic- i dont know about this industry -But I feel this is too much

Unacceptably POOR Service!!!!!!!!!
After making first contact a month ago and making payment 2 weeks ago I still cannot get this company that far to confirm a delivery date whatsoever. I was told that with a deposit of 50% delivery would take longer but with a full payment delivery would within 5 to 7 days. After making several calls I am now told that delivery could take 12 days+ but nothing can be confirmed. All this for only 2 panels after a break-in where bolt cutters or something similar were used!!! Where is the management of this company?? on the internet nothing is available. My wish is that the CEO could see this.

Cochrane steel employs young individuals to work hours from 7AM till 6 PM. They overload the staff making it impossible for them to complete their daily duties. Mr. Cochrane also enjoys calling people useless or that he does not need anyone to work for him. He constantly threatens employees with their monthly salaries. It has even been reported that some individuals got paid less at the end of the month than in their contract simply because Mr. L Cochrane did not appreciate their negative attitude in his business. I suggest if you are looking for an employment opportunity to stay far away from this company. They tend to pay high salaries but at the end you or those around you will constantly be negative due to a poor management infrastructure and worry if you will get your full salary at the end of the month.
