I don't know why businesses get politically involved when they work with and rely on the public. Received the items alright, but with a "Free Palestine, Boycott Israel" plastered over the delivery note. I am disgusted. Don't force your political ideology down my throat, last time I visit this shop.
Another rental company who will charge you for cleaning even if you return property cleaner than received. And no matter how well you look after the property will charge you to repaint once you leave while during your tenure will ignore basic repair request to the property. Budget for these costs before signing with them.
Scam stay away, legit webpage, the Nigerian accent should be a red flag. Cut phone if you push them on physical address.
Amazing that a large business like this can survive given the level of service you get. Ordered and paid for Clearvu panels weeks ago. IF you can get hold of anybody they make promises they do not keep. Multiple emails and calls from my side and I am still waiting on delivery. Sales people JP, Nico etc do simply not return emails, messages, calls. Promises are made on delivery dates, no delivery , no communications. Excellent example of a company who had a monopoly on a product (Clearvu Invisible Wall) but now they do not realise that there are options for clients and they need to be at least a little professional to keep their business. There are plenty of competitors out there I suggest you rather use them. I have bought 100's of thousands of R of Clearvu over the past few years, this is my last order.
Although it is clearly stated on Netstar's website that "Automated daily testing" is one of the features of my package, they say it is up to the client (every 6 months) to phone in to test if the tracker is actually sending a signal. Netstar can not even tell me when last did they received a signal from my vehicle. What daily testing then is I don't know. You can not rely that Netstar is actually tracking your vehicle. R160/month down the drain. Customer care say they are not a monitoring company but only respond when informed that vehicle is stolen. The customer must do the monitoring. On another vehicle my other tracking company (DQ) phoned me when they stopped receiving a signal and send someone to fix it at the house.

After paying a deposit of R 16 000 to Jason Barry owner of Big Image he simply denied ever getting a deposit and dissapeared without installing the roller door.

Beware!!
