I purchased 2 cargo pants online from Code on the 13th October 2025 but onky 1 pants was delivered to me. I contacted them immediately via email and they kept sending me mails that the matter is being send for investigation. I send a few more mails later and then the replies stopped. Today is 5th January 2026 and to date I never heard from them again. Their service is absolutely appalling I will never shop there again.

Have been paying my electricity, water and gas timeously it seems that m-t, voltano, codex and smrt have deceived is . We suddenly have no power as they have not paid Tshwane unable to do anything from home all power is off.

I recently start shopping at a retailer called CODE - who sells clothing. I am so impressed with their quality and range offered to customers. To top it all - great value for money. The staff and management in store is great - customer and service focused! It is such a pleasure to shop at their Bellville and Access Park branches. I can see that Ops Management is doing something right - the service we receive from the Bellville & Access Park branch is exactly the same. If I could give 0 stars, I honestly would. The staff doesn't care and their level of incompetency is shocking. they don't know how to assist people let alone communicate with them. I always have to tell them how their own company works before I can get assistance. I am truly disgusted by the lack of customer service.

I sent a cancellation form as required last year end of October. When I called after 30 days asking why my funds have not been paid out, I was told that it would take 60 days since it’s not a “normal” cancellation, please note their form did not state this. 60 days lapsed, still not paid. I call again to be told I need to contact M-t (Debra) who is responsible for my refund. I get hold of Debra, she tells me M-t only had the R800 deposit which she paid out yesterday, the rest of the funds totaling R3113.21 is sitting in the RMS account since this is the account I used to top up. I sent her the requested POP so she can follow up on RMS and I also did on my side only to be told they are waiting for finance or Elvina is in the meeting or Itumeleng is not online. To date, more than 70 days going on 90, I still have not received my refund.

The useless site has errors and requires me to contact the administrator. Now I am exhausted of this back and forth and want my refund and refuse to wait for 30 days. I have been patient enough. I suggest you get someone to get on it cos there is no online form that I will be completing or any other form for that matter. It's no wonder your contract with M&T was terminated, your service is appalling to say the least .

My electricity balance for July was R300 for all of July. Suddenly towards the end of July they inform me that my bill is - R2084. I didn't get a notification to say that my balance is running low. I paid an amount of R2500 and overnight my balance is R144. I've never experienced electricity usage rate that is this fast and high in my entire life. There is no transperancy and they don't give us feedback. This is the worst experience I've ever had from an electricity service provider! I have never in my life spent R2000 electricity in one month! They will not give me any feedback.

I stay at Etude, Midrand. The electricity charged is ridiculous. Last year whilst it was just me and my husband they even charged us R2000 per month until I complained and then only to find out that there is a leaking geyser and the complex owners refunded us some money. Every winter season the electricity double but the activities in our home don't. Since June I have been paying R500 which lasts me less than a week, when I enquire they say I am using this amount of electricity. I am sad that Ismrt Metering (Codex) is just reaping people off. I am highly considering moving to another place with a prepaid meter in September after serving my 1 month notice.
