Terribly unprofessional service.

So we believe that we had a power surge and it blew something on the machine, we then contacted "coffee machine doctor" they came and took it apart quite recklessly in my kitchen and said there were a few parts that needed to be replaced, so they took the machine away and were going to send me a quotation for the repair. After a week of not hearing anything regarding the quotation, I contacted them and they came back to me with a quote of just over 3k. I accepted the quote, and after two weeks of no communication from them, I contacted them again to see what was going on with the repair, only to be told that they couldn't find all the parts needed for the repair of the machine, and offered to give us a completely different machine as a replacement for ours because they had already purchased parts for the machine and wanted to keep it. I declined this offer and asked to have our machine returned to us as it was before the technician basically ripped it apart in my kitchen. The machine was returned to me, however after looking at the machine once we got it back, the side panel had not been replaced properly, so I took it off to put it back on properly, to which I found that nothing had been reconnect inside the machine and all the *****s from the inside on the pc board were missing leaving the board just hanging there. There is also been damage to the outside of the machine. So to say the least, our experience was absolutely frightening and quite disappointing with the "coffee machine doctor".

Would never recommend them to anyone.
