Coffee Machine Doctor - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Contacted Coffee Machine Doctor via their contact page to service and repair our Saeco coffee machine at our office. They promptly came out, and quoted for the parts to be replaced. We accepted the quotation and paid promptly once the work was carried out. The very next day (almost 6 weeks ago) the machine stopped working. They came out and uplifted the machine, "repaired it" and brought it back. Once again, the very next day the machine did not work. Since then they have promised and **** about sending a technician to come repair the machine. To date, they still lie about sending somebody on a specific date and time. When one does get hold of them, they are very rude and abrupt. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. We can now write off the R5000.00 paid for the repair on this machine as they are just not interested in fixing what we paid for. SHOCKING SERVICE!!

bunch of dishonest, unreliable con artists
they collected my coffee machine months ago. then asked for a R5000 deposit to import a part. can never got hold of them. no feedback. don't answer calls. if lucky enough to get hold of someone they always promise to call back and never do. dishonest. not trustworthy. stay away from them

I wish I had checked Hellopeter before using these guys. They came to repair my Delonghi coffee machine. They said they had to replace the infuser. Total charge was R3,200. Only itemized item on the invoice was labour at R950. I priced an infuser online for R866. So what was the difference of R1,384 for? I e-mailed them but as expected, no response. They are clearly taking advantage of people. In light of how many negative comments there are I am contemplating taking action in terms of the Consumer Protection Act - it appears way too many people have been taken for a ride!

Costly repairs and still not working as it should
Sadly I have to add to the complaints/concerns. Had my machine repaired. Both elements gave in due to loadshedding. R7200 to replace with stock they had on hand in their vehicle. After replacement the pump stopped working. So it was taken to their shop for repairs. Another R1200. Then we needed to descale and found that the hot water spout does not work. Pump engages but no water coming out. Only steam. So my assumption is the machine was never fully tested after the repairs was done. I am giving them 1 more chance to do it right....at no additional cost hopefully

Coffee Machine doctors are not legit
Crooks. They came just before xmas to fix our machine. The guy said we need to replace the boiler and he just happened to have a space in the car. Charged us an arm and a leg and the machine did not work. They care very little when you try call them about repairing it. Do not work with them.

Terribly unprofessional service.
So we believe that we had a power surge and it blew something on the machine, we then contacted "coffee machine doctor" they came and took it apart quite recklessly in my kitchen and said there were a few parts that needed to be replaced, so they took the machine away and were going to send me a quotation for the repair. After a week of not hearing anything regarding the quotation, I contacted them and they came back to me with a quote of just over 3k. I accepted the quote, and after two weeks of no communication from them, I contacted them again to see what was going on with the repair, only to be told that they couldn't find all the parts needed for the repair of the machine, and offered to give us a completely different machine as a replacement for ours because they had already purchased parts for the machine and wanted to keep it. I declined this offer and asked to have our machine returned to us as it was before the technician basically ripped it apart in my kitchen. The machine was returned to me, however after looking at the machine once we got it back, the side panel had not been replaced properly, so I took it off to put it back on properly, to which I found that nothing had been reconnect inside the machine and all the *****s from the inside on the pc board were missing leaving the board just hanging there. There is also been damage to the outside of the machine. So to say the least, our experience was absolutely frightening and quite disappointing with the "coffee machine doctor". Would never recommend them to anyone.

NEVER USE THIS GUY
Called Them out for Coffee Machine and Ice Machine that had failed due to Power Surge, Load Shedding. Arrived as promised but late. Serviced Coffee Machine. Looked at Ice Machine and said he had to take away for repairs. Coffee machine gave problems. Brought Back Ice Machine and adjusted Coffee Machine. working but not perfect. Ice Machine didn't work properly, he took away to fix, now been 4 weeks, four broken promises to deliver. Still waiting. Was Paid for coffee machine on day he fixed, was paid for Ice Machine when he delivered first time.
