Coffee Machine Doctor - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Contacted Coffee Machine Doctor via their contact page to service and repair our Saeco coffee machine at our office. They promptly came out, and quoted for the parts to be replaced. We accepted the quotation and paid promptly once the work was carried out. The very next day (almost 6 weeks ago) the machine stopped working. They came out and uplifted the machine, "repaired it" and brought it back. Once again, the very next day the machine did not work. Since then they have promised and **** about sending a technician to come repair the machine. To date, they still lie about sending somebody on a specific date and time. When one does get hold of them, they are very rude and abrupt. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. We can now write off the R5000.00 paid for the repair on this machine as they are just not interested in fixing what we paid for. SHOCKING SERVICE!!
