I have been therer numerious times. Loved it every single time. The food does take some time to prepare however the wait is worth it. Very tasty and freshly made. Freshly hand cut chips is the best. Keep it going team!1

Popped in for a fresh salad on a hot day, about midday. They only had one salad available. I opted for a beef burger & salad with a milkshake. When I received my plate & started eating the lettuce it noticed that it was discoloured and more yellow than green. I had 2 bites on the burger but it had a strange taste I called the waiter & told him. I sent it back and I received the famous “I’m sorry”. I asked for the manager & she came with an apology. To add insult to injury the waiter came with my bill & the burger was included. I went to the kitchen & asked for the chef & was received by most of the staff trying to stop me from going into the kitchen. The “manager” came and told me to go in such a rude way. I told her I want to pay for the milkshake I consumed & she rudely told me to go. I have been there on numerous occasion's but that was my last. Will never put my foot in that stop. The staff is like headless chickens. A Fish rots from the Head.

I have been a regular at Coffee Time Princess Crossing for years. I will however never go there again and will tell all my friends and family not to. This is the second incident, I let the first one go and gave them a second chance and then this happened: My mom and I each ordered a WHOLE slice of cake, one Lemon Merengue and one Baked Caramel Cheesecake. The waitress came to inform us they did not have Lemon Merengue in stock, so we asked for two WHOLE pieces of cheesecake. Whilst the waitress was away I noticed there was only one single whole slice of cheesecake in the display, but thought maybe they have another cheesecake in the kitchen. The waitress proceeded to serve us the single piece of whole cheesecake cut into two slivers she called halves on each of two plates, she placed one down in front of my mom and the other in front of me. I told her I knew this was one slice cut in two, so I was only prepared to pay for one slice of cheesecake. She simply looked at me and walked away. Only to present me with a bill containing an inflated price for each of the two "halves", which works out to more than R20 more than if only one of us had ordered that same ONE piece of cheesecake!! Only for the manageress to tell me she doesn't want me to feel cheated as a customer! I told her I DO feel cheated, but they still simply WOULD NOT correct the price to one single piece of cheesecake. It seems we were penalized heavily for their lack of stock and for dirtying a knife in the kitchen to cut a single piece of cake in two, which I would've done myself with pleasure if the waitress had given us the single piece on one plate. She never informed us that there was only one piece of cheesecake and never asked us if we wanted a different piece of cake instead, after finding that the cheesecake stock was also insufficient. She never informed us of the price for two so-called halves either. Simply presented the one piece on two plates and charged us heavily for it AFTER we had unfortunately eaten it. Very unfair.

Personally we normally have a good experience at Coffee Time, but today was one of the worst. The staff, couldn't care less, made eye contact with us when being called over but chose to ignore us completely, our waiter included. The Coffee was served in a filthy cup, it had small things floating in it, and when I told the waiter he didn't care at all. I don't see me going there again. When "Coffee" is in your company name but you couldn't be bothered to clean the Coffee machine or the Coffee cups there is a problem.
