Inconsiderate with a Rude and obnoxious manager

The noise disturbances from COFI are unacceptable. It gets exponentially louder through the night and their outside speakers result in residents living 800m+ away being disturbed. The noise is mostly between midnight and 3am and tends to be most days of the week. The manager also has a filthy attitude and had the audacity to tell me to f* off for asking them to be considerate of the noise.
