Disappointing Service from Cohen
Extremely dissatisfied with the service we received from our agent (Dulcie) at Cohen Property Developers. We app**** for a rental property - We filled out the application and submitted it along with all our documents.
After quite a wait, we were contacted to say another individual paid a deposit and the property was no longer available. We did not even get an opportunity to view. She did not even confirm if we were approved and then offered us another property that also already has an active application on.
The communication was not great. Very disappointing.

Kindly note that all our properties are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. The client who secures the property first (approved first signs the lease first and makes the payment first ) receives the property first.
In this case you weren’t first and I must be fair to all clients. After that I have tried to help you with other properties on our books and you weren’t interested. From my side I feel my communication was good from your side you don’t feel the same I am sorry for that.
