Rental Unit

I found a rental property on Private Property and contacted the agent from Cohen. She was very friendly but in our discussion I mentioned that we have a pet, and she did not have much to say about it. We got to the viewing early, and the agent was 15 minutes late. There was another lady looking at the property, and she complained about the service she previously had from this agent. When the agent eventually arrived, she took us to the unit, and when I spoke about our pet, she said the unit was not pet friendly. This was very disappointing to say the least. The ad did not say the property is not pet friendly, and when I mentioned it to the agent, she also didn’t tell me until we were actually there. I am very disappointed in the service overall - I cannot complain about her as a person as she was very friendly, but the situation wasn’t handled very professionally.
