Structural damage to property

If I could give no stars I definitely would! My husband and I purchased a home in Fairview in October 2020 from Cohen property Developers & they promised us the world. This house is supposed to be under a 5 year structural warranty as per our signed contract when purchasing the home. The house is falling apart. I have never seen or experienced anything like this where the tiles are separating from the walls in the shower due to foundation movement. This is a very serious problem & require an urgent response from them as they simply have ignored us regarding the cracks, mold, rotting of walls and now this major issue!!!!!! Their response is simply, that our 90 days has expired & this is maintenance/minor issues that we should attend to ourselves but then again, what about the "5 years"??. If I could attach pictures I would for interested/potential buyers to rather purchase somewhere else. Don't be fooled my the modern looks etc. as cheap materials are used & their service experience is only great until you have signed and paid them for the property. Other than that you are simply nothing!! I do believe that as a community we should stand up against these people & sign a petition where we file a serious lawsuit against Cohen Property Developers & hold them accountable for their ignorance & lack of empathy towards property buyers.
