Great Christmas Lunch

We booked for the Christmas buffet, It started a bit disappointing as we arrived, our table was still in occupied by the previous patrons. The manager Shamil introduced himself and offered us a welcome drink, we hung around a few minutes as he went to other customers and within a few minutes he had our table ready. We really enjoyed the food as it catered for everyone including our kids, the oxtail was out of this world delicious, we had 3 helpings! Compliments to the chef. Later we witnessed two ladies arriving, the elder one walking with a crutch. Shamil greeted them and from what I could gather, there wasn't a table for them, he paced up and down the restaurant speaking to everyone asking if we were happy with everything, while obviously thinking of how to seat these ladies. It was evident that he really cares and that he is a professional. Eventually we see him going to an elderly couple a few tables away from us, had them laughing and then seated these two ladies with them on the 4 seater. Shamil, I must say that You are awesome, you played your cards very well and you are wonderful host and a People's person. Keep up the good work. We frequent many restaurants but my friend you are As I told you "My new favorite restaurant manager". Trust that you had a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones afterwards.
