This agencies are a bunch of ****ers I live in saxonhof Complex and the place is not maintained buildings are looking like dog breakfast and what's worse is they push levies up every few months compared to other Complexs if you are looking to buy in this place or any other place of Coleman properties do your homework first before buy in saxonhof Complex alone people struggle to get their properties sold because of Coleman so I advise everyone to do their homework before buying

For the 7 years of owning a property in Saxonhof complex Alberton north i have never been happy with how things are calculated by this Managing agents.they change profile managers all the time, when you ask questions you never get a straight answer.its so hard to get rid of this stain .our investment has turned into a liability because of the charging of levies and utilities.I hope BC sees this and takes the owners serious when we say change this MA its been 2 years now...i just leanerd they have been there from 2016 and nothing good came with them being there.always adding special levy we have no rest.feels like we paying double bonds

Complaint - they don't deserve even 1 star. We've been waiting now for 4 months for the ceiling to be fixed after they've worked on the roof (in April) of our complex. Only excuses and promises are all we receive from Godfrey for the past 4 months. 2 months ago (June), another unit's geyser burst, causing further damage to our ceiling - the water was dripping on tenants' furniture, but still they don't care. It's been 2 months, and we still await the ceiling replacement. Mr Gerhard Lombard promised me he would sort it out a week ago, the same day he said he would make a payment so that the ceiling could be replaced. This morning, Grobcon, the contractor, told me they are still waiting for payment. Mr Lombard is not answering my calls. The only trustee who really cared also resigned!

Coleman Properties is in charge of Ashanti Villas in Germiston! The worst complex to stay in , don’t even think about buying/renting here because their books are not in order! The complex only has supply of water 4 times a week and the Ekurhuleni Municipality always cut off the electricity because they don’t pay the bills (levies) we are in the dark because the BC can’t keep their books in order. They don’t even deserve one star!

I wish there were a negative rating option for Coleman properties. Coleman properties create their own policies to suit them, when I quote the STSM Act no one respond back or they have system problems with their emails. Constantly excuses and ****s. When they unsure they just make up rules and guess the answers. Run very far away from Coleman Properties – I have proof on hand *****ulent activities AND Gerhard Lombard is a blatant ****. Make sure you do ask in particular Gerhard Lombard for his qualification and make sure you make use of a creditable organisation to validate Coleman Properties and their staff credentials. Alternatively run way very far from them!! We have lodged complaints with CSOS, NAMA (National Association of Managing Agents) and the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority). I encourage everyone experiencing difficulties with Coleman Properties to follow this route as well. They must be held accountable.

RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wish there was a negative rating option. There are the absolute worst managing agents not just in Johannesburg but in whole of South Africa. Our complex is managed by them and there is always mistakes in their billings, unusual hikes in utility bill but our usage is decreased. They have no proper explanation for any of this. Jeniffer cotze is absolutely useless portfolio manager, she never has proper answers to any of our queries and always so rude when responding to emails. The least you could do is greet people. I will advise people not to invest in any properties managed by them as your cost of levies and utility bills will be more than your bond costs Do not fall for the good reviews on google, those are all deceiving If you want to be a good managing agent, then at least learn to do basic accounts first instead of taking money off innocent people. People work hard for their money. I would advise people to leave their reviews here so this will prevent anyone investing in properties managed by them Gerhard Lombard who is the General manager at Coleman properties manages the google account. When there is a bad rating, he replies to the review saying the issues were resolved which is an absolute lie. The worst part is you cant reply to response on google as google doesn't have that option. The matter is not resolved, and it has been more than three weeks now. We had similar incident where they overbilled residents last year December. Most of the residents were on holiday so who was there to use the electricity. You shouldn't even be in the business and stop taking money off innocent people
