TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>My rental agency is Coler Realty from Bloemfontein.</p> <p>Eversince I moved into this house on 29July16, I've had terrible service from them. </p> <p>Firstly , It took them 2 weeks to give me an answer to confirm that I can actually move in, I had to wait until 3days before moving date to get the final go-ahead to move in, then when I moved in I saw a lot of waterleaks in the house and I reported it on 3August16 to the agent, but in these last three months there were 2 contractors to look at the problems and then nothing further done, regardless of my numerous weekly emails and phonecalls to try to get the problems sorted, I've had no joy from them whatsoever!  </p> <p>I still have the water leaks and it is damaging the owners house, and they are aware of the problem, but is just not coming back to me on when it will be fixed.</p> <p>In the meantime while waiting for the fixings to be done, I also had to wait two months just to get my signed rental contract and letter of proof of address.</p> <p>NO! This is unacceptable!!!</p> <p>I've never had such bad service from rental agencies as this one!</p> <p> </p>
