College of Cape Town - Pinelands needs a course in answering phones!!!!

I have been trying to call College of Cape Town, Pinelands branch for the past 6 hours, it keeps giving an automated system, the phone rings and goes off again, I have sent them an email asking assistance with the distance learning portal, and still no one has gotten back to me. I am very frustrated as the course has started and my course material is not displaying on the portal. I need urgent assistance pls.
