NOTHING TO SHOW FOR A COURSE COMPLETED IN 2022

If I could give a - 0 rating I would. The communication is so poor. I am so frustrated and disappointed in the College of Cape Town Crawford Campus. My son completed the IT MSITA web development course in 2022. To date, he has not received a certificate. I have sent numerous emails from May 2023 to date and no staff member has the decency to pick up the phone and communicate the delay or respond to my emails. It is almost 2024 and my son has nothing to show for the course he completed in 2022.
