Poor communication

I registered to study part time in January 2023. The college canceled the 1st semester February 2023 and gave an option to continue the second semester. I opted to continue the second semester. May 2023 I made contact with the college because they haven't informed me of when the second semester will be starting. The receptionist told me that they don't do part time studies for the course that I registered for in January and I must speak to accounts to get my money back. She tried to put me through to accounts but nobody answers. She then gave me an email address. A few days later the college informed me on whatsapp that the course is canceled. I have been struggling since June 2023 to get my money back from this College. Can someone please assist me to get my money back? They do not reply to my emails and also don't answer when I call them. The accounts department is just constantly busy.
