What a disaster to try and work with these people. They promise service within 48 hours, yet after a week I am still waiting for them to authorise my claim. This is the third time I have tried to claim with them. Although claims eventually go through it is a timeous and laborious exercise every time. Managers are never available(boy do they spend a lot of time in meetings!) Every time you try to claim from them you have to prepare yourself mentally for a fight. It seems that there is unhappiness amongst the panel beaters that have to work with them too and they are not always happy to help when they hear it is a CMC claim.

The service from CMC is appalling and rubbish. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I took a policy for minor scratches and dents last year September 2021 and tried to claim this year January 2022. I was asked to send 2 quotes with pictures and to this day NO one has responded to me even when I’ve sent several emails asking for feedback. I wouldn't advise anyone to take up a policy or get anywhere near CMC or M-Sure they are a bunch of thieves who are quick to take your money and do nothing and ghost you when it’s time to claim. Stay away from this fake company!

Am very disappointed at the service i got from them. i have been paying premium for over a year now and my claim was declined even though the claim amount is no where near the maximum claim amount. I was not happy with the assessment processes. I sent pictures of the damage areas and the assessor told me it was beyond the 15cm rule. Even the panel beaters from the list of panels beaters they sent me are of the view that the damage is not more than 15cm. The assessor failed to provide me with a report from the tool/software in which it states that from the pictures sent the damage is more than 15cm. Their analysis or conclusion of the assessment is purely based on intuition. I asked them to send an inspector to assess the damage physically but I was referred to the complaints department to date i have not received any feedback.

Had this policy for a long time with all my cars never had a problem in the past(before covid) this week I submitted a claim its been rejected I tried calling in spoke to a very unhelpful person PENNY, who refuses to put you through to management and insist you send an email to sipho and that's it this is how they render their services which I think is pathetic if one cannot use a means of a communicating channel and forced to use the other. I am really put of by this experience I feel like canceling my policy! They are definitely not doing what they are selling you! Fact
