I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent interaction with the hotel manager, Aden, in relation to a refund request due to an unexpected medical emergency. Despite providing all necessary details, I was met with a lack of understanding and empathy from the manager. Aden not only refused to issue a refund but also displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude throughout our conversation, showing little regard for my circumstances or well-being.
As a customer relations manager, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of compassion, especially given the seriousness of my situation. I believe that the hotel should uphold basic standards of customer service, especially in situations where guests are experiencing difficulties beyond their control.
They have lost an ongoing client and definitely will be spreading the experience I had with everyone I know.
