Zero results, damaged hair, company claims they aren't qualified to deal with hair.

It removed NONE of the colour in my hair (black box dye). Damaged my hair immensely.

When I reached out to the manufacturer, this is the response I got: 1. It's probably my fault, I must have done something wrong. 2. I must have misunderstood what it's for. 3. Well, it doesn't really work for everyone. That's just the way it is. 4. They can't give me advice because they "AREN'T QUALIFIED" to advise on hair. Exact quote.

No wonder it doesn't work. They told me word for word that they aren't qualified to deal with hair.

Please save yourselves and your hair and stay away.
