It removed NONE of the colour in my hair (black box dye). Damaged my hair immensely. When I reached out to the manufacturer, this is the response I got: 1. It's probably my fault, I must have done something wrong. 2. I must have misunderstood what it's for. 3. Well, it doesn't really work for everyone. That's just the way it is. 4. They can't give me advice because they "AREN'T QUALIFIED" to advise on hair. Exact quote. No wonder it doesn't work. They told me word for word that they aren't qualified to deal with hair. Please save yourselves and your hair and stay away.
I have written many positive reviews about Eezi Move, but great service should be praised every time! Once again I used Eezi Move for my recent relocation. As always, they were an absolute delight to work with!!! 1. The bookings process is a breeze, Mariesa is always so friendly and eager to assist. As well as very patient and accommodating with my last minute changes. 2. The team that showed up was extremely professional and friendly. They worked very hard, moved quickly, and handled all my items with extreme care. (And they were several hours early!) 3. Nothing was broken or damaged. All items moved and handled with care and consideration. With every interaction I've had with Eezi Move, they have taken an innately stressful situation (moving day) and turned it into a pleasant and efficient process that's left me with a smile on my face. I always choose Eezi Move for my moves where possible, and will continue to do so in future - with confidence. Thank you Eezi Move Team!
Beyond pathetic. Still debiting me 2 months after my contract was cancelled. (Or moved to prepaid.... I don't know which, and neither do they.) My contract ran to term, I gave proper notice, it ended... And yet they debit me. Still. And threaten to "hand me over" and "report me to the credit institutions". NO ONE at MTN knows what's going on or is willing to help. You need a a ton of patience and a box of colourful crayons to communicate with them.
They will treat you like you're something they stepped in. Absolutely disgusting service. Hlogi will make wonderful sounding promises... And then ignore you flat. You can message him, call him, and even show up! He will not greet you. He will roll his eyes at you, give you insulting attitude, barely speak to you..... The manager (I assume.... Not sure) will not greet, will not introduce himself, and will be as condescending, rude, and dismissive as possible. They will look you in the face and lie to you with no shame. Disrespectful beyond belief. Left there in tears. Just save yourself the frustration and stay far away.
I've had some great years with Discovery. Amazing customer service. I've written many positive reviews about them before. Today, however, I got angry at them. If you call someone and they decline... It might have been a mistake. Try again. But after the THIRD time they decline your call..... MAYBE DON'T TRY AGAIN AT THAT TIME. And no, calling the 4th time from a "private number" is not going to magically make me want to talk to you. In fact it is going to make me furious. Take a hint. Most people are at work at 2pm on a Thursday. It is NOT a good look for me, sitting with an important client, and my phone rings 4 times in a row. Obviously I'll answer the 4th time - because maybe someone is dying, or it's urgent. But nooooooooooope. Just Discovery being impossibly persistent. So thank you, Discovery, for getting me chewed out at work. Appreciate you. (Sarcasm flag. 🚩) 🙄🙄🙄 PS: I left a **** phone number. Because for goodness sake.... DO NOT CALL ME.
Discovery Insure always finds new ways to brighten my day right up. This time around it was through their agent Mmabohlale Lenong. Such a delightful and energetic ray of sunshine. Friendly, helpful, and got my query sorted right away. This lady needs to be in management. I spoke to her for all of 5 minutes, and I think she is flawless. Handled my query so well, and made the whole conversation a pleasant experience. Truly made my day to speak to someone so cheerful, and knowledgeable.
I had all of a 15 minute text conversation with Vicky from Debt rescue. She was immediately confrontational and rude. The information I had completed on my application was somehow lost, and she repeatedly accused me of not submitting it - even though I had. I can't speak for the actual service, but I felt so insulted and attacked right from the beginning that I will not be working with this company at all. Is this process not embarrassing and shameful enough without the consultants patronising you? 2 stars because at least response time was lightning fast.
Terrible service. I am a health care practitioner who has used Lancet for years. My current practice has been a client of theirs for more than 10 years. Their service quality has decreased rapidly and significantly over the past few years. They have LOST several of our client's samples over the past month alone, and always have the audacity to blame us for "not submitting the sample," despite me handing the samples to the courier with my own two hands and the courier signing for said samples. They do not respond to emails. I have to spam them with endless phone calls, and emails to several people, AND wait a minimum of a month for someone to assist me with queries. It is very clear that they have more than enough business, and don't need their long-standing clients anymore.
I spoke with a customer service representative called Peaceful; She was extremely friendly and helpful and I was very happy to work with her. Keep up the good work!
Every time I have to deal with Discovery Insure, I am left satisfied and with a big smile. This time around, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Angie Dube from the Servicing Department. What a lovely lady! So professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about her department, and very eager to assist. I hope to work with her again in the future.
