*********, deceptive and outright sleazy business practice
Stay far away from Driverite Northcliff, especially since they sell-high end expensive vehicles. I bought a car from them in May 2024 and to date have still not received the licence disk which I paid for when I purchased it. The car also had defective and worn rear tyres, which I brought to the dealerships attention the instant I took possession of it in May 2024, they however pleaded ignorance to the fact. On the 10th of August 2024 they wrote to me and offered to pay to have the roadworthy done, by the 22nd of August 2024, they wrote to me again and said that I should rather pay to have the roadworthy done on the car at my expense.

Terrible Service, Customer gets ignored
In May 2024, I bought a used vehicle from DriveRite and upon delivery of the vehicle I encountered the first mechanical issues with the vehicle. I informed the dealership about said issues and they promised to get it resolved. After a few days of not being informed of progress or next steps I received the car back, however under 30km's of driving the vehicle even more warning lights came on. From there the vehicle was in and out of workshops for months, and in a matter of almost 4 months I haven't been able to drive the vehicle for more than 4 consecutive days without needing repairs or being too afraid to drive with it. Eventually they agreed to have the vehicle replaced. Initially they went and app**** for financing on my behalf for vehicles I have not requested. After a few days I found a vehicle that would suit the budget and I requested them to get me that specific vehicle from a specific dealer, however, they proceeded to source the vehicle from a different dealer causing more delays. After taking delivery of the new vehicle the previous vehicle account should have been settled by them. A week later the debit order for the broken vehicle once again went off my account. This account is now hurting my credit score as I have to vehicle finance accounts active on my credit report and thus prevents me from securing a decent loan which I will require soon. The dealer principal at DriveRite Kyalami, refuses to take my calls and their F&I guys also can't assist with this matter apparently. After weeks I am still left in the dark and have now been forced to lay a complaint at the Motor Industry Ombudsman to find some form of resolution. I am utterly dissatisfied with the service and products of this company and will not refer anyone to them. Only deal with DriveRite if you have a couple thousand Rands to throw down the drain.

Driverite Northcliff among the worst
Stay away from this dealer, they will gladly take your money and leave you with the mess. Myself and my spouse purchased a vehicle from this dealer in May, however unknown to us at the time were outstanding warrants which temporarily blocked the vehicle registration process. Despite us resolving the issue within a 60 day period, Driverite refused to obtain the valid disk forcing us to pay to have the roadworthy redone. The vehicle also has an intermittent miss and they refuse to replace the damaged worn rear tyres.

DriveRite Kyalami is PATHETIC and awful!!!!
They will treat you like you're something they stepped in. Absolutely disgusting service. Hlogi will make wonderful sounding promises... And then ignore you flat. You can message him, call him, and even show up! He will not greet you. He will roll his eyes at you, give you insulting attitude, barely speak to you..... The manager (I assume.... Not sure) will not greet, will not introduce himself, and will be as condescending, rude, and dismissive as possible. They will look you in the face and lie to you with no shame. Disrespectful beyond belief. Left there in tears. Just save yourself the frustration and stay far away.

Don't buy from them your car. Not being honest. I drove out with a car that i had to take straight to wheel shop to balance tyres. Front bumper have no cover under. Short wheelnut and front bumper was resprayed and paint coming off. Been 6 months and they promised wheelnut. But no. They said on bumper they will let me know. But nothing. Anyar was also mu sales person and just after the sale he said he left and now working for toyota somwhere. I am so unhappy. I contact terrick at driverite. But same thing

driverite kyalami - Worst Service!!!!
Worst service I have come across from this dealership DriveRite I have dealt with Anjuan Hamer, He is the worst sales person I have come across, I applied for finance and he makes me a fool saying he is sending application through and is waiting for the bank, no contact for a few days I message him and he says he has been having network issues, like really now? he says will update me, a few days later i see the vehicle is sold, don't make somebody a stupid , rather be honest and say its sold to someone else, don't get someones hopes up for nothing, its been a month and no response from Aj. Pathetic service!!!

Worst service I have come across from this dealership DriveRite I have dealt with Anjuan Hamer, He is the worst sales person I have come across, I applied for finance and he makes me a fool saying he is sending application through and is waiting for the bank, no contact for a few days I message him and he says he has been having network issues, like really now? he says will update me, a few days later i see the vehicle is sold, don't make somebody a stupid , rather be honest and say its sold to someone else, don't get someones hopes up for nothing, its been a month and no response from Aj. Pathetic service!!!
