The absolute worst support I have received from a South African company. Extremely long waiting times, no after-sales support, and virtually no customer care. Communication via email from Michele has been particularly frustrating, with responses that show little effort to understand or address the issues raised. If you buy from this company, be prepared to pay a lot of money while receiving little to no meaningful feedback on your questions or concerns. I personally choose to invest in companies that value their customers and provide proper support. It has now been almost a month and I still have not received my item, and at this point I am honestly unsure what to expect. Another red flag is that they do not allow customer reviews, and after speaking to others it appears this may be because there are several negative experiences similar to mine. Since my concerns have repeatedly been ignored, I will now also be sharing this experience on HelloPeter and other review platforms so that other customers are aware.

I am very saddened that there is no customer support. You send emails or call and deal with bot automation response. I requested a cancellation on my product and there is no response other than an immediate shipment order

The worst purchase I HAVE EVER Made. The biggest sized ComfyZak. The two queen sized mattresses in their biggest ComfyZak is WAY BIGGER than a queen so the cover does not fit AT ALL. When we first got the Zak we thought the fact that one queen mattress was way fuller than the other was the issue. We contacted support and they treated us like a ********. They claimed we did not follow instructions. We actually DID exactly as the paper said to do. Getting the two mattresses out of the flimsy bags was a nightmare in itself. After finally jumping through hoops to get more filling - we had to submit photos and all sorts to get the extra filling they claim they are HAPPY to provide to make sure the Zak is comfortable! I finally wrestle these two extraordinarily HEAVY MATTRESSES back into the cover AGAIN. Now not only is it STILL lopsided suddenly the cover is way too small for both mattresses. So today I decide to ONCE AGAIN to disassemble this thing that breaks my back. I measured the two queen mattresses. They are 12 inches WIDER than a queen mattress! So it explains why a queen sized Comforter does not work on them. It is so uncomfortable and so UNUSABLE it is the biggest space waster and money waster EVER. They should have a disclaimer on how heavy this thing is!

If i could give a better more accurate rating it would be way less than this. After placing an order way in advance in November, comfyzak cancelled my order the week before Christmas, and it was my daughters Christmas present. Since placing the order, no communication was received by comfyzak the only time was when I asked regarding delivery and Michelle promising me via email that I will have this in time for Christmas. After the advised time has gone by and I becoming concerned that this will arrive in time, I start asking questions. Who I think is the owner called me advised me it would be delivered the 15th, It did not happen, then said it would be delivered the 18th, the 17th of December on a Sunday I receive an SMS stating my order has been cancelled by myself. I DID NOT CANCEL THIS ORDER Out of frustration I sent them an email stating how can they do this - the reason given is about misunderstanding and they are not willing to fill full their commitment and it was just easier to cancel. Blamed me as the customer, and stated that if I was unhappy about their service now they will not fill full commitment as they only want happy customers. WELL, WHY DO YOU THINK ME AND MANY OTHERS COMPLAINED ABOUT NO FEEDBACK AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. To cancel a order is the ***ardly way out because you cannot commit to what you clearly stated will happen on all our back and forth emails. I will not recommend or deal with comfyzak now or in future. Unapologetic and unprofessional to say the least.

I received a defective Outdoor Comfyzak and logged a complaint online. Michele R and Bryan van Doorn took my complaint seriously and apologised. An alternative replacement with a gift of two cushions was arranged. The dispatch department also made sure they got my order right. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a company that adheres to the consumer protection act with no problems.

I ordered a comfyzak which is a more sophisticated version of a bean bag from Comfyzak website with trepidation as i could not find any other reviews except on their website, I ordered a medium one with a coral cover, paid, and hoped for the best. Once the order was received I got regular updates about where in the processing and shipping my comfyzak was till it was delivered home. It is as advertised, very comfortable, big for a medium and they even got me extra foam free of charge. Michelle from Comfyzak was amazing and held my hand throughout the entire process. GO get yourself a comfyzak its worth every penny, the service is amazing, and it's a Proudly South African company!!!! thank you to the comfyzak team
