POOR SERVICE DELIVERY !!!!
For the past 8 months I am unable to obtain my itemised billing frrom the Vodacom app or website. I have to waste hours on the phone with Vodacom operators and wait days to eventualy receive my itemised billing. I get charged for itemised billing each month, yet I have jump through hoops to get it.

Non delivery.
Still waiting for my free iphone chargers promised in writing by Vodacom after the extended delay on my iPhone delivery. I have communicated this through various channels of Vodacom, bit I am just being ignored.

Poor service delivery
My Fibre to my home is down for 12 hours now. I work from home so I am stranded with network connectivety. When I contact VOX I just get a response of they working on it and they are unable to soecify when it will repaired.

Ster-Kinekor Itene Mall / YOU SUCK!!!!
I took my son on 16 June to see a movie. We arrived 40 minutes before the movie started. (Booked and paid tickets online.) Buying snacks took an hour, I was send between the snack counter and the “self service” unit muliple times, but as usual the system did not work. Eventualy received our snacks and entered the cinema 20 minutes into the movie. The Air-confitioner in Cinema 5 was not working, it is was freezing! Ster-kinekor Irene Mall, you suck, the experienced was unpleasant. Close your doors, you are wasting your customers money with your incompetence.
