On 10th Nov o bought a Master Cylinder for my bakkie using my debit card as payment.Unfirtunately the mechanic found the part faulty and asked I return it,however the invoice got lost in the carrier bag. 16th Nov o visited the shop and the sales lady full off attitude dismissed our explanation and also misguided a man named "Martin" who was worse than the sales lady he showed not interest in acknowledging or addressing us.He unprovokingly so requested that I take the part shove it up my ass and leave the shop i retaliated to his level of disrespect too. I managed to purchase the part else and at a lower price too. COMMERCIAL AUTO IS HEREBY REQUESTED TO REFUND MY R450.00 My bankstatement clearly shows date,amount and retail description and this was NOT good enough for them. I find the behavior of "MARTIN" & the sales lady appalling as they're not even the owners but merely employees and did not have the decency of making informed decisions for the company.
