Commercial bakkies spares take 20% when you return a product from them , no matter what condition it is or within 7 days , that’s daily light *******. Bought parts worth R2600 and one was wrong and had to be returned and 20% was from my money . The guy (consultant )was so impatient with me when I bought those parts cause I had to communicate with my mechanic which lead to me buy the wrong parts . WHEN YOU GO BUY PARTS THERE BE ACCURATE OR GO ELSEWHERE.

Just a warning to potential customers at Commercial Auto Parts - On 20 March 2024 I bought a new headlight for my bakkie from Commercial Bakkie, tried to get an opening with mechanic but ended up having to go to another one who told me that the existing headlight could be fixed and was done so on 26 March 2024. On 28 March 2024 i went back to Commercial and told them the story and said that the head light was with the mechanic and the invoice was in the box but when i got it from Mechanic the slip was no longer in the box. I showed them the headlight that was still in its original plastic and box and i said i have the proof of payment on my banking App. Sorry they say to me, they only refund with the original invoice, i said ok i will even just take something else that i can use, i dont have to get the money back, same story sorry, only the original invoice, then they say secondly, they dont change anything after 7 days. I wrote a mail to thier email business address and the answer i got was " Good Day unfortunatly this is our policy, most places are like this. This is our company policy sorry for the inconveniance caused." So those who buy there make sure you have the original invoice and dont come for help after 7 days. Imagine how much money they have made with this policy

On the 13th of Feb I went into the store to purchase a new alternator for my car. I took the alternator home, had the mechanic fit the new alternator and upon testing it realised it did not work . I went back to the store and explained the situation and I was given a new alternator ,only to find that I had the exact same issue as I did with the first . I returned to the store once more and the customer service I received was atrocious. The employee's attiude to the issue was horrid they seemed to have no care in the world that I had been having the same issue with two of their 'new' parts. I was told the alternator was now my problem ,there is nothing they can/will do for me and i would not be receiving a refund. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I had bought a lot of parts here for me bakkie. Now i had bought the parts from the sales lady there gave all the info of the bakkie to her and show the bakkie to her as well. She supp**** the parts to me that i required as she knew what parts were for me bakkie. Now its year end as now i can work on me bakkie as i was using the bakkie for work, i started stripping the bakkie to find that the part was not correct. I phone this company many a times to get hold of manager after the 12 try i spoke to someone there not giving me his name. Explained the problem he told me after 7 days they cant help me, i rep**** to saying that its now me fault that the part that the concomitant sales lady supp**** me incorrectly they he didn't rely just put the phone down in me hear. So i think people should know what kind of business this company does.

On 10th Nov o bought a Master Cylinder for my bakkie using my debit card as payment.Unfirtunately the mechanic found the part faulty and asked I return it,however the invoice got lost in the carrier bag. 16th Nov o visited the shop and the sales lady full off attitude dismissed our explanation and also misguided a man named "Martin" who was worse than the sales lady he showed not interest in acknowledging or addressing us.He unprovokingly so requested that I take the part shove it up my ass and leave the shop i retaliated to his level of disrespect too. I managed to purchase the part else and at a lower price too. COMMERCIAL AUTO IS HEREBY REQUESTED TO REFUND MY R450.00 My bankstatement clearly shows date,amount and retail description and this was NOT good enough for them. I find the behavior of "MARTIN" & the sales lady appalling as they're not even the owners but merely employees and did not have the decency of making informed decisions for the company.

Had a very bad experience with Commercial Auto Parts Today, I bought a Cylinder Head for my bakkie on Thursday the 12th of October 2023 with a sample of my old cylinder head and the Vin No of the bakkie, They inspected both cylinder heads and told me it was correct. When my mechanic checked it he found that it was not. I went to return it today and they said that it cannot be exchanged because they do not have the correct one and they cannot refund me because it was correctly supp****. Please don't deal with this company, their after sales service is really pathetic.

Bought glow plugs with vin number for my bakkie and used bank card to pay 3days later still in original package and with proof of payment tried to exchange them with a sample a sales consultant treated me with disdain and dismiss me i insisted on the manager who came more negative and dismissed and chased me out of his shop though i told him its not return but exchange my 1000 rands down the drain for their fault

They sold me a Cressida gearbox after convincing me that it will fit my Toyota hilux 3rz but it was too long more worse it was damaged where I opened the package thet did not want to take it back I'm now stuck with a broken gearbox that I can't use or sell my R7500 just went down the drain I won't recommend any one to shop a gearbox there
