On the 13th of Feb I went into the store to purchase a new alternator for my car.
I took the alternator home, had the mechanic fit the new alternator and upon testing it realised it did not work .
I went back to the store and explained the situation and I was given a new alternator ,only to find that I had the exact same issue as I did with the first .
I returned to the store once more and the customer service I received was atrocious.
The employee's attiude to the issue was horrid they seemed to have no care in the world that I had been having the same issue with two of their 'new' parts. I was told the alternator was now my problem ,there is nothing they can/will do for me and i would not be receiving a refund.
I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
