this company the employees work when they feel like it and let ********s ***** as well. My story starts now; The 10/12/2025 12:37 i got message from me bank telling me i purchased R4299.00 from takealot when i was on a job site in jhb. I then phone me bank first to report ***** on me account as i didn't purchase from takealot. Me card was cancelled then i called takealot to inform them i never purchased anything from them. I asked can they trace the amount with date and time to cancel this order and refund me they told me sure i spoke to Nadia.Dan. I didn't receive feedback i then called in again then spoke to a Thrisha.R was told they would escalate it with finance department. Then i got no feedback then i called in again spoke to a Kabelo.S told me same thing will escalate it. Nothing happened then i called 11/12/2025 spoke to a Siyasanga.B was told the same thing again will escalate as it was not done so by the other employees as above names. I got no feedback i called in now 12/12/2025 spoke to Charmaine.W she informed me she would find out and she did to find that the goods was delivered to the ******** and she cant do anything now. Outcome takelot works with ********s not doing their job this could have been done differently by taking me seriously and doing the jobs i would have me money back and catch a ******** same time.

I am expecting a package to be delivered. I phone it to track and find out how far or what time the drive will be here. They reply they dont know as they dont have the drivers name nor number. Then I ask to speak with manager then I was told he's in a meeting this is 2nd call I made and he's always in a meeting. This is an excuse for not talking to manager. This is a **** company how can you not know who your driver is or not to have his number. Then cant speak with a manager. Clients come first we pay for delivery service and expect answers. Never use this company.
I bought a turbo new for ford ranger weat engine 28-06-2024. I have finished building the engine 12-12-2024 and put the turbo in with the gaskets from ford oem parts. Then I used 5w30 oil in the engine. We drove the engine at 500km it started to smoke white so we did investigate and found turbo damaged core is very loose. 15 January 2025 we came to Denver where we bought it and was told that it's not their problem and I should leave.
This company doesn't know what they did on an engine. I had bought a bakkie and then asked them what they did to the engine as they didn't know but gave me the name and number of the company that worked on the engine. I then phone in to speak with Jason to find out and he told me he doesn't know so i checked the invoice and invoice said FORD 3.0WE MACHINE PARTS & SUB ASS this doesn't tell me anything in detail so i asked Jason and he told me i should go to and engineer to measure out the crank and block and head as he doesn't know. He then told me i was rude to ask him what he did on the engine. So i would suggest people to know what this company does they charge there client R28,572.33 to do nothing on the engine as he doesn't know so it means he did nothing on the engine. In future if you don't remember i would suggest you put it on the invoices you charge the people.
Try to understand why when they order it takes 3 days to deliver parts from KMSA distribution that's in sandton not far at all. This company delivers bike and they tell me they don't collect from a distribution company very strange in deed so this company don't lift a finger to collect parts at all. Another thing I spoke to the distributor and they explain that they can give me the parts if the dealer gets paid and they inform the distributor that the client is collecting the parts that is no problem. So me client must wait 1 week for his parts and his bike to be fixed will take longer as parts take long.

Whats the best is we supply a quote 4 July 2024 and don't get feedback of yes or no on the quote that was send. They expect things to be done for free for them well now the people will know how you do business. I don't expect to do your job for you as well telling me to call head office you can do your job i don't work for this company and i find this very unprofessional business practices.
I find this very strange matter indeed that I sent you documents and 2 days later I have to phone in to find out what's happening. Then I got transferred to a call center agent who was very rude asking me all the time can you hear me when I can. Then as for the matter of simple matters you can't deal with and the person again doesn't have ears don't listen properly to what matter i have and i'm sure didn't even go through the document i sent as it explains all in details. Seems to me i'm wasting my time with you for 6 years not claimed once and i have a matter that is needed now i get rejected wow nice fnb as im sure you don't have lawyers helping here just call center agents. I will be cancelling with you with immediate effect and I think it's fair that I get my money back as you have never helped me once for 6 years being with you. i think this matter needs to go to the social media and news team as well as hello peter let the world know whats happening here. As for the case, I am going to a real lawyer that will help me in this case not ***** from me and push me away. As for the case as well does it really matter where the money comes from me business or personal account as its the same money im the director and all the money is belonging to me besides the company owes me money as i started this business using my money i transfer money from my personal to business account
Supose to get me order 25 may 2024 before 5pm. Driver don't know where your address is then they say it's the client's was not home. Then phone this morning 8am 26 may 2024 was told it will be delivered before 11am and now it's 11am I phone back and get excuses they have to find me parcel and they don't have drivers now. Now they have to look for a driver to try and deliver it before 13:00. I'm still waiting for me parcel. This place gone down the tube not worth it would suggest not using takeolot they definitely takeolot of your time and money. I had plans for the weekend guess what that's now *****ed up and all these people say is I'm sorry they not sorry they happy with themselves
