The worst logistics company I have ever encountered with the rudest customer service agents working for them. My package is stuck in limbo and no one is able to tell me where it is. When I call customer support, I am given the run around and then have a script read to me. The last agent I spoke to hung up on me after being extremely rude. At this point I wish to cancel my order and have them returned to China because this is absolute bull****!

Pinetown warehouse Terrible courier company, They do not pick their phones. i was supposed to receive my Shein parcel on the 3rd of march till to date it says in dispatch. I am really disappointed. If i can upload the whatsapp messages and call logs, i do not know how many times i have called and email to ask for my parcel

Useless useless,I regret choosing it instead of buffalo courier,since i have requested collection for the refund on the 25 February still nothing and i have called and send several messages but nothing,,no explanation nothing,how I regret

I wish there was an option to rate them zero . Their service is easily one of the most pathetic levels of service I have ever encountered , I asked several days ago as to if I could get an estimate on a delivery date, every day I send emails regarding this , everyday there is no response. Do youll not employ people to answer emails ????? What do i need to do to get a response? They sent my package back to headoffice , why I do not know. This is the most *********** company I have ever had to deal with , I will be emailing shein to let them know about their level of incompetence and encourage them to stop using imile services

The worse service ever, the boss Mr Jocobs very rude. He ignores your messages and they dont answer their landline. Been waiting for my parcel and they don’t give you any feedback. Very unprofessional

Received a parcel that belongs to someone else after a long wait, texts, emails and calls to the customer service and the delivery guy. Called the driver and he promised to deliver the following day but did not. He called instead and asked me to send him a photo of my ID and I refused.
