This courier is a ****, I ordered two items from China , same order but somehow imile charged them separately for customs...I don't get why online retailers use them, they make money on orders by charging ridiculous customs fees, I paid half of the item price for each item....BS

Impossible Zando Returns
Zando's new return process is impossible, never purchase an item from them if you're unsure about your size, rather go for superbalist. I wanted to exchange an item and the only drop of point option was in western cape an I am in Gauteng
