Disgusting service and no doctors
Rotten and disgusting. ***********. Must hire good doctors who are willing to work. Your doctor are going over an hour for tea break and people are complaining and leaving without any help. Only one doctor checking one person for more than an hour. Improve your services and hire people will care about people.

Always waiting for long at pharmacy. I get irritated and losing patience at dischem campus square. Always is one person to assist till number 4. The rest of tills are for deco. You need to improve your services. This is thing it has happening for years

Failing to follow your own processes
No month to month I canceled Fibre in 9 July and I was told that I must give a month notice. And I did so even I moved out. Why you debited my account today. I want money back today. I will not follow your processes when you failed to do so. Call me today and refund me. I will not do business with you again

I want the refund
I have logged the case since 12 December 2024 till today is still not resolved. I tried to make purchase on debonairs pizza app making payment with my Game store card via WiCode. It went through but I did not receive order number from debonairs but I received sms that funds are off in my Game account. I need refund because I used my bank card to order again. Please find screenshots of the the voucher and sms from Game store. I sent email to merchantservices@rcsgroup.co.za

Attitude from cashier
I was at Shoprite at Protea Glen ext 16 (Glenridge). There is a cashier her name is Mamello. I don't think she has a right to tell staff to skip me while I'm still in queue. She has attitude and bad looks. I'm a customer too. How she tell staff to skip me without telling me that till is only opened for staff only. I went to pay to another till, when I go out there is customers. Please advise what kind of treatment are we getting? Or my money does not add value in your shop. I need feedback regarding this.

Your aircons and humanity
Pick n Pay QualitySave Jabulani Mall. Please reduce your aircons this is too much. I cannot wear jacket when I go there. I'm much concern with your staff too. Are they get sick everyday? We did wanted to complain with another customers and gentleman who works there was speechless. We able to see staff doesn't have right to complain. When queues are long I cannot cope because of your aircons. They are too abnormal.

Attitude from stuff and security guard just to drink water.
I went to Burger King Regina Mundi at soweto today, And the service is disgusting nd the security guard with attitude. I brought King size combo 4 while still waiting for my order I asked for a cup to drink water they refused they telling my combo doesn't come with cup it come with 2L of Pepsi. I told I need to drink water still refuse. And I went to my car to fetch cup then security guard told me I'm not allowed to enter with my own cup. I asked him to get me a cup so I can drink water he refused with aggressive attitude so I want to know we not allowed to drink water at your premises but we supporting your business?
