Extremely disappointed with IMile’s delivery service. I constantly receive messages saying, “delivery attempted failure due to insufficient address/phone details,” yet no delivery attempt is ever actually made. My address and contact details are 100% correct and have been provided accurately every time. It’s frustrating to wait for parcels only to receive false updates claiming an attempted delivery when nobody contacted me or arrived at my address. Customer service and communication have been very poor, and this has happened repeatedly. IMile seriously needs to improve its delivery process, transparency, and driver accountability.
Beautiful Scents, Excellent Service – Highly Recommend! I recently bought three perfumes from Eden Perfumes online: Libre Intense (YSL), Stiletto, and For Her by Narciso Rodriguez. I am honestly impressed. Delivery was prompt, packaging was neat, and the scents themselves are wonderfully crafted and long-lasting. Libre Intense is warm and confident, Stiletto is elegant and feminine, and For Her captures soft, musky sophistication perfectly. They smell high quality — very close to the originals, without ever feeling synthetic. The value is exceptional, and the whole shopping experience was seamless. Eden Perfumes has earned my trust, and I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality fragrances online.
Virgin Active – Ongoing Air-Conditioning Failures and Health Concerns (KZN) This complaint relates specifically to the Virgin Active Atrium branch, where air-conditioning has repeatedly been inadequate, resulting in poor ventilation and excessive humidity. This is not a once-off issue and has persisted over time. What makes this more concerning is that family members and colleagues who attend other Virgin Active branches across KZN have reported the same air-conditioning and humidity problems at the same time. When multiple branches experience similar issues simultaneously, it strongly suggests a systemic problem, not isolated equipment failure. This is not a comfort issue. In a gym environment, members are exercising intensely and breathing deeply in enclosed spaces. High humidity and poorly maintained air-conditioning systems are widely recognised as increasing the risk of mould, bacterial growth, and the persistence of certain viruses, particularly where air circulation and moisture control are inadequate. This is basic indoor-air-quality and HVAC hygiene practice. Virgin Active positions itself as a premium health and wellness brand, yet recurring air-conditioning failures directly undermine that claim and raise legitimate concerns about member health and safety. If maintenance is being deferred or standards lowered for cost reasons, members deserve transparency. Members pay premium fees expecting safe, well-maintained training environments. Repeated air-conditioning issues across branches are unacceptable and require urgent, visible action, not generic responses. This is serious business. Air quality is a health issue, and it cannot be ignored.
Eden Perfumes is an amazing store. I have only purchased online and have no regrets… thank u for making DUPE perfumes that are affordable for us consumers to purchase… please also consider bringing in some of the latest perfumes from Valentino, Gucci Guilty, Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gioia… I just purchased again this evening and see some are out of stock, I would love if stock was always available but apart from that EDEN PERFUMES ROCK
I recently visited the Standard Bank at the Atrium as I need to urgently access savings which I opened up for my kids… coincidentally I had changed their surnames to my ****en name… these accounts were opened for them when they were kids. I had all the births certificates showing the surname change from home affairs including endor*****ts on my sons Abridged certificate and I still cannot access MY MONEY… the inconvenience that I am currently facing is unfair… I now have to go to Home affairs to ask them to furnish me with a name change letter from the department yet I have all my documentation which home affairs had issues…I have to take a day off and run to home affairs which is another mission all together. The consultant Lisa is not fit for her role as she cannot make a decision, the Lead Lindo today 22.02.2025 should not be in that position clearly as HE/SHE couldn’t make a conscious decision as well, clearly that title LEAD means nothing. The manager Rajiv did try to help me but unfortunately he puts me in a situation that I need to run around to get quotes then only will he PAY MY MONEY BUT WAIT FOR IT NOT TO ME BUT TO THE PEOPLE WHO PROVIDE ME WITH QUOTES HAHAHA such a joke… DONT BANK WITH STANDARD BANK… YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED . I really wish these people will be in the situation ONE DAY whereby they are helpless and do not get the help they require… I am not asking for anything BUT ONLY WHAT BELONGS TO ME. This bank doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately ratings only start from 1.
My experience with EDEN PERFUMES was amazing… my order was delivered in 3 working days plus to rave more abt them I received 3 feee samples.. I just only received my perfumes… Vanilla Royale perfume and body lotion plus Jewel the scent based off Omnia.. so far so good… I hope the scent last
