I am dissatisfied regarding the delay in receiving my refund after returning my product to Eden Perfumes. It has now been 25 days since the return was processed, yet I am still waiting for my refund. I was informed that the delay is due to waiting for a third party to complete their process. What is even more concerning is that if I had not followed up myself, it appears my refund would not have been processed at all. This level of service is unacceptable, and I request urgent intervention and immediate processing of my refund without any further delays.

Eden Perfume smells really good and lasts all day. I’ve gotten so many compliments since I started wearing it. It’s not too strong, just fresh and nice. Definitely worth it for the price. Will buy again!

I would like to commend Eden Perfumes for their excellent customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address for my order, but after contacting them, the issue was resolved within about 30 minutes. I was assisted by Peace and Grace, who were both extremely professional, efficient, and reassuring throughout the process. Even though the mistake was on my side, they handled everything with kindness and urgency, and assured me that I would still receive my order. I truly appreciate the prompt assistance and the level of care they showed. Great customer service like this really stands out. Thank you again to Peace, Grace, and the Eden Perfumes team!

i have found my home for perfumes because i have been searching for so long n i didn't get a lucky🥰😘💃🏼💃🏼💫eden perfumes thank you 🙏🏾iam nt going anywhere iam here to age 💃🏼💃🏼my perfume last the whole day🥰one lady from work said i must hug her🥰💫the compliments iam getting wooow🥰🥰i was so happy i made a good choice...my whipped gives me hope 🤭❤️❤️

When I took the decision to try out the Eden perfume, I must say it was the best decision ever. The compliments I am getting that I smell nice,they are the best. I strongly believe whipped will be signature smell. Thank you Eden perfumes
