I am dissatisfied regarding the delay in receiving my refund after returning my product to Eden Perfumes. It has now been 25 days since the return was processed, yet I am still waiting for my refund. I was informed that the delay is due to waiting for a third party to complete their process. What is even more concerning is that if I had not followed up myself, it appears my refund would not have been processed at all. This level of service is unacceptable, and I request urgent intervention and immediate processing of my refund without any further delays.
I consistently experience difficulties when requesting a full refund from Eden Perfume. The staff handling returns are unprofessional and make the process unnecessarily burdensome. They repeatedly request multiple photographs of the same perfume first upright, then lying down, and later additional images despite already having received sufficient proof. Even when following up on the progress of the return, new requests for different photos are made instead of providing a clear update. This approach causes inconvenience delays the process and makes dealing with Eden Perfume unnecessarily exhausting.
Edgar’s secunda customer service is terrible i tried to return a product 4 times they kept sending me back that the store don’t have money this afternoon I went they told me its 30 days long over due they won’t accept it anymore
Cell C service is poor I don’t wish to do doing business with them over again I wish people to stay away from their products they are a scam
I’ve been requesting for my paid up letter is been a week now that I settled that account their service is ****
