Bad connection and customer service
Ikeja customer service is the worst OMG!!!! My WiFi disconnects almost every day for hours and I have to call and start chats for the issue to be resolved. I just called your customer service team again and the lady did not bother to assist at all 🚮 Yho guys no are you horrible honestly

Reaching out to Ikeja is always a bad experience. Their customer service is the worst!!! I’ve been complaining for a while now, it’s best we part ways ✌️clearly there won’t be changes to the way they assist their clients

The service at Ikeja is horrible, their WiFi always disconnects and they take hours to respond on their WhatsApp line. It literally disconnects every day and you have to be in contact with them every single time. It’s annoying really because you can’t do anything. Nothing works even if you reboot

Defy washing machine at Makro
I purchased Defy top loader washing machine at Makro 3 months ago and it never worked since day 1. Tech came out to fix it but it just became worse and now they are not responding to my emails at all and when I call them they drop the line on me
