Extremely disappointed with IMile’s delivery service. I constantly receive messages saying, “delivery attempted failure due to insufficient address/phone details,” yet no delivery attempt is ever actually made. My address and contact details are 100% correct and have been provided accurately every time.

It’s frustrating to wait for parcels only to receive false updates claiming an attempted delivery when nobody contacted me or arrived at my address. Customer service and communication have been very poor, and this has happened repeatedly.

IMile seriously needs to improve its delivery process, transparency, and driver accountability.
