Active since Jul 2013
I had a contract insurance for my device with MTN, underwritten by Santam and it was cancelled on the 11th of December when my device contract came to an end. I then moved to prepaid insurance for my device and I was invoiced as per below: December 2025 - Invoiced for contract and prepaid insurance January 2026 - Invoiced for contract and prepaid insurance. I was informed that from February onwards, I will only be invoiced for contract insurance as I was serving the 30-day notice with the contract insurance in January. February 2026 - I am being invoiced for contract and prepaid insurance. When I called MTN they advised that my contract insurance is still active on their side, when I called Santam, they advised that the contract insurance is no longer active, the prepaid insurance is the only one active. I am being reaped off and the back and forth is not helping to resolve the issue. I don't understand why I am paying for 2 different insurances when one was cancelled on the 11th of December 2025 and I received confirmation telephonically and in writing.
Commercial bakkies spares take 20% when you return a product from them , no matter what condition it is or within 7 days , that’s daily light *******. Bought parts worth R2600 and one was wrong and had to be returned and 20% was from my money . The guy (consultant )was so impatient with me when I bought those parts cause I had to communicate with my mechanic which lead to me buy the wrong parts . WHEN YOU GO BUY PARTS THERE BE ACCURATE OR GO ELSEWHERE.
Excellent service, speedy delivery and I like how they kept me updated with my deliveries.
I asked cartrack to close my account after I had finished paying if off and asked for a letter stating that is fully paid which was sent but the account closure letter wasn’t sent. Three months later im still debited from an account I hardly use and it bounces which will cause a fee cause there’s no money and its ruining my credit score cause by the way. Ive sent Cordelia and Elrina (consultants)WhatsApp and email regarding this matter and nothing seems to done .
- On the 31st of December 2021 I bought a phone online at Mobile in Africa. - My screen got cracked and I logged it for repair with their services support. - It was collected at my home by courier and I got notified once they received it. - I received an invoice to pay for the repair, stating that it was out of warranty and it hasn't even been 12 months since I bought it, but I settled the bill. - On the 20th of December I received an email stating that my phone is ready for collection and I should arrange with a courier company to fetch it at my earliest convenience and I made an arrangement with RAM but to my surprise when the courier company went for collection on the 21st of December they were informed that the parcel is not ready and postponed the collection.
Even after making payment and payment arrangements on my debt with Cartrack , I still get threats on being blacklisted and being called daily on when I make payment. I have a date and time of the phone call with two of their consultants as proof but it still doesn’t stand with their Debt resolutions manager Sally Moeketsi , In a vain attempt with Cartrack about resolving issue , I have resorted to insurance ombudsman to help.
Cartrack decided to black-list me after I made an arrangement with one of the call-centre consultants numerous times. The debt I have with them is less than a year , so how come I’m blacklisted.
The bus is always running 3-4 hours late, the driver is rude, we are given 5 mins to refresh at the stops. From Grahamstown to Joburg we only stopped twice to get fresh up.
