Poor service from Commercial Panelbeaters

Hi. Commercial panelbeaters in Pietermaritzburg render an extremely poor service. They sharted working on my brother's car, Mazda 3, NP 176 160 in the second week of March '18 and promised to finish in 2 weeks time. Theoretically they should have finished by 31 March '18. However in reality it is today 15 April '18 and no proper commitment is obtained from them. To make it worse they failed to even give him a courtesy car while dragging their feet and making empty promises jut like MiWay who appointed them. It is appalling to see this type of ill-treatment in new RSA.
