I joined Ekasi Noble Property stokfella in 2023. There is no transparency in that company. I want to get a refund but instead I have been removed from the group by the administrator. This is a ****, I want my money back!!!
Unable to meet delivery timelines. I bought a laptop on 29 Jan '26 and delivery was supposed to be 6 Feb '26 but I am still waiting. My daughter is falling behind with school work as a result of Makro's poor performance.
Legal & Tax is good in recruiting people for membership. I am not get support on the civil case that I reported in June 2025. I regret having membership if my matter is treated as a charity case, no feedback except collection of premiums.
I called Supersonic MTN on 8 April '25 for wifi fibre in Witbank. The router was delivered about 2 weeks ago but I am disappointed that the installation has not happened. The lead time is unacceptable and I am even thinking of cancelling the deal with them.

However things changed and independent trustees changed too often under Destinata Holdings and service dropped and no responses were given on an enquery. At the beginning of 2024 I asked for resignation letter from them. I'm stuck now as this letter is important for me to continue with my trust. I have huge regrets!!!
I am frustrated by the Wesbank from debiting my account on 17 Dec while the contract stipulates the 23rd of the month as the date of instalment collection. This put strain on my finances and my concern is that I make advance payments in the first week of the month in my free will. Why should I be treated like this by Wesbank?

I am disappointed by the lack of service at this company. My financial records are way behind as if I am requesting free services. I pay but get nothing in return. I regret dealing with them, do it at your own risk.
I bought a new Kia Pegas 1.4 in May 2024. I am frustrated because this dealership does NOT respect customers. The license disc and number plates have NOT been sent to me. It is well over two months since purchase and the permit expired a long time ago. Each time I enquire, they make empty promises. I have spoken to Surprise Maloka but nothing comes out. This dealership lacks professionalism and ethics to say the least. After this, I will report them to the authorities.
